They have 1 week periods that you receive your direct deposit roughly 8 days after period.

I did mine from January 16-22nd and my receive date is Jan 30th.

On the irs site there should be a spreadsheet that shows when you get paid IF yours is accepted between certain dates. In my experience they are very good at hitting that exact date....3 years in a row.

They are usually exactly on time.
The IRS has certain dates they send them out on, like every few days. So the day they give you is pretty exact.
I file for many clients, and they always get them on time, unless they owe the gov't money or some other agency, then it gets held up in the system for an extra 30 days.

well, I'm putting mine off this year. What happens if you owe quarterly but dont pay.
I had to make a decision, either my kids eat or the gov't gets their money.
I choose to feed my kids during the year and worry about the gov't at the end of the year.
