the over is probably the best bet here since the dortmund odds are just horrible. but then somehow bremen started with 2 wins and 0 goals conceded which was also unexpected so id just lay off this one

If you think under-dog is unlikely to score then you should play the -2 on the side you like. For instance with Chelsea/Hull last wknd, I was very confident that Chelsea would win by at least 2 goal margin, and was confident that they'd keep a clean sheet, so I played the -1.75. If I'd played the Over 2.5 or over 3 then I'd of been screwed even as they only won 2-0, and to make matters worse I would of lost despite predicting it correctly (that Chelsea would win by at least 2 goals).

The idea is if one bet wins there is high probability both win. Worst case you go 1-1 like the Chelsea game you mentioned. A road dog will go away to defend. So if you like them you wouldn't bet the over and the +2 line.
