They cold call me as well but they bypass calling me (cell phone) and go directly to my messaging centre (voice mailbox). Then a few minutes later I get an email from them titled "nice talking to you". LOL.

DSI doesn't call me at all. I get the mailings which are always ripped open (guess the mailman doesn't know the NBA schedule) and I just toss them right away. Phoenix and most recently ABCIslands call me all the time.

I used to get Bookmaker, now it is DSI & I get the same email that betplom said about the "Nice Talking to You" - I find that hilarious, but it's still retarded. I understand getting a call from a book after you open an account, but take the F-ing hint if I haven't upped at your book after 4-5 calls people.

Are you kidding? You know opening somebody else's mail is a felony? I would report this immediately. Nobody has a right to read your mail or mess with your mailbox. Very serious offenses.

I believe what you are referring to is this:

Sec. 1702. - Obstruction of correspondence

Whoever takes any letter, postal card, or package out of any post office or any authorized depository for mail matter, or from any letter or mail carrier, or which has been in any post office or authorized depository, or in the custody of any letter or mail carrier, before it has been delivered to the person to whom it was directed, with design to obstruct the correspondence, or to pry into the business or secrets of another, or opens, secretes, embezzles, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both

I'm pretty sure that offense hasn't been successfully prosecuted in 100 years. I'm not to worried about it.
