A week ago, they fought very fiercely for regular quarters and 5 extra quarters. Even though the league best domestic center of Dongbu’s couldn’t play for that game and a new foreign center wasn’t adapted yet, anyway Dongbu, they defeated their rival, Samsung which they hadn’t won in this season before the game. But the game’s aftereffect seemed very big. 4 days later they got ravaged by the Anyang KT&G(6th)’s PG and they lost the game by 14 pt difference. And 2 days later, they won Seoul SK(7th) with difficulty by 3 pt.
On the other hand, even though Samsung also got damaged a lot after losing the game, they already seemed to be recovered and showed their strength. Even though they also had difficulty in their stamina, they won three games in a row(including Anyang KT&G).
Anyway this game will be the last and the best match before All-star game break. Dongbu still has a good foreign player who has a good offence technique like penetration and 3 pt. and the rookie, substitute of the league best domestic center, showed his good growth in several games. But To keep its 1st place, Dongbu hope that a new foreign center show his competence more against Samsung’s foreign center who is the 1st in Score and Rebound.
Samsung still maintain good Guards and two good foreign players, one is the 1st in Score and Rebound in the league, and another was showed his cleverness for 5 extra quarters in the last match against Dongbu.
So I expect that today match will also very exciting. And because it is the last game before All-star match, they will show all the things they have. Even though the match is held in Dongbu home, consider recently Dongbu’s decline and a new foreign center’s adaption degree. I like to raise Samsung’s hand.
