It's a deposit/withdrawal processor used to deposit to poker rooms or sportsbook w/poker rooms, they claim to take 15 business days to process w/ds for some reason but I requested my w/d on 1/6 and its 1/28 and they claim on live chat the holidays increased their w/d requests so they havent processed it yet and to email questions about my w/d to support@picclub.com

Are these guys legit or am I out my cash, they've got several big name poker players that play for them like TJ Cloutier and others

Now grant it that it's been 16 business days sir, however it is possible that they might be a bit backlogged processing payouts. As you know it does happen from time to time.

Called, got one ring and then a busy signal

They are a processor which accepts all CCs so that you can deposit at books that your CC wont work at, then when you win you cash out back to PicClub and you can w/d funds by check, naturally everything has gone fast and smoothly until I request a payout and over 3 weeks later the funds have yet to be removed from my PicClub acct and a check processed

I will report back whether or not I get paid and if I get paid how long it takes, for right now I am warning all other SBR members to avoid PicClub as they have handled my withdrawal very poorly so far

FWIW, TJ Cloutier has the reputation of an absolute degenerate, more so than the normal of poker pros. There were reports that the guy is also horrible with repaying debts. So having him sell your product isn't exactly a ringing endorsement.

I've heard a couple of those stories as well, but hes still a big time poker player and also they have many more, Kathy Liebert, Umberto Brenes, Young Phan, etc.. I still am thinking they are a legitimate processor as Bookmaker has had them as a processor for quite awhile and I wouldnt think theyd be associated with a questionable processor for this long but there is really no info at all on these guys so idk

Correction no Umberto Brenes but several name and semi-name pros, doesnt seem like the type of place to scam me out of a couple of dimes but its taken them over 3 weeks just to send out a check and acting like Im bothering them by getting on live chat and asking them what the time frame is by saying email future questions regarding your w/d to support@picclub.com

                      Their pros:

Still no check and a guy on the two plus two forum has had his check pending since 12/15 , went on live chat today and they couldnt even give me an estimated time frame for when it will be processed other than replying it probably won't be that long when I asked if it will be here within another month (my w/d requested 1/6)

At current I would absolutely recommend other SBR members stay away from PicClub, there is something clearly not right with this processor and either they are going to stiff me or it takes over 2 months to get a check that Im paying 50 dollars in fees to have sent to me, either way not a good situation

If you have a withdrawal pending at PICClub I wiill be happy to try to help.

If you are a PIC member and have been pleased with our service in any way I would like to know that as well. I have worked hard for to build a processor for the US market during a time when all others were running from it.

Every system out there has had an issue because of changing laws...most ran away and shut down..PIC didn't. We are still here serving the US Market.

PICCLub is here to stay and 50 new members each day enjoy the services we offer.

We have a handle on the withdrawal issues and we are up to date with all players as per our posted policy. We will also strive to reduce our current timeline.
We have worked hard the last 3 years to provide the U.S. player with a good product and service in a very volatile market. What other processor has given you pro players to play with, tournaments for members and even a profit for just using our service.

I am always available to PICCLub members if they have an issue and I would appreciate being informed if a member perceives a breakdown in our system.

As far as I am concerned this immediate issue has been put to rest. You are welcome to contact me anytime.

                          Thanks for joining PICClub

I received my payout in middle of February. I have respect for PicClub and all they do for their members, it seems like a good processor BUT at the time I used them there were several slow payout complaints and when I went to process my withdrawal there was a relatively lengthy wait to receive the check but yes I was paid and everything is fine.

If those payout delay issues have been resolved then I would say you have an excellent processor BUT having not used them since I cannot say one way or the other how fast payouts are processed currently, perhaps other SBR members have used your service more recently and will post their experience with your site.

Since I was paid in February how am I going to be their next victim?

But yes at the time I posted this I was concerned about receiving my payout as they had several payout delay complaints over at poker forum 2+2 but hopefully they have resolved their payout probs by now

One thing Id like to tell the PicClub CEO is that ppl (including myself) are extremely sensitive to payout delays in this industry as that is the only outward sign that something is wrong. Especially when your site is relatively new processing payouts consistently on time is VERY important bc you dont yet have the long solid payout history of other sites so it is more alarming when you have payout delays. Also in many cases (as in mine) ppl are requesting their first payout and you are making your first impression on them, if the payout is delayed and gives them a headache many will simply never use the site again. It is VERY frustrating dealing with payout delays on the customers end and Im not sure you fully appreciate that when ppl send their money to third world countries it is completely based on confidence, we all know that any of these books could pack up and steal our money if they wanted to and theres nothing we could do about it. Its going to take a long run of on time payouts before the damage to PicClubs' reputation is undone.

Wow, that's funny as hell. My poker playing friend saw the "Team PIC CLUB Poker
Pros" and he said that was the most sorry ass collection of pro's he's ever seen. He said, "Is PIC CLUB trying to DRIVE AWAY members?" He claimed the PIC CLUB Pros suck because they couldn't get an endorsement on Poker Stars or FTP or Ultimate Bet.

I didn't know that about TJ C. How retarded.

As far as PIC CLUB goes, I have received 5 company checks from them in the $300-$400 range. They take 30 days max, sometimes are "quick" and take 21 days. You will get your $. I sure hope bigger checks don't take longer as I plan on winning!

But I heard a guy on a poker show (won't say which) say he paid PIC CLUB $45 for a MoneyGram Withdrawal and it took 30 freaking days (which he could have just gotten a free company check)

PICCEO: Do you guys still B.S. people over MoneyGram transfers? When I did a moneygram xfer with Poker Host, it came through in ONE DAY.

Hello all, I am new here..and have been reading some really bad post about people giving PICClub a really bad rap... I can tell you my experience with PIC has been Outstanding I have never had a problem with them at all cashing out..I had a money gram sent to JTodd of APCW for a charity tournament we ( OnTiltRadio) had for Hurricane Ike Victims. it took 2 hrs to go from my PIC account to a bank in Houston so that they could immediately give the funds to the Houston Food Bank. I also had a direct dep into my bank account and that took less than a hour . Corey, have you ever played in a PIC Pro Bounty game? I don't think PIC would be driving away menbers with the likes of Kathy Leibert, Barbara Enright (the only lady inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame) , Kenna James just to name a few.. We highly endorse PICClub as a preferred depositing method, where else can you deposit money and make money at the same time with Pic having a ASA (Available shares account)and a CSA (Common Shares Account) account with the ASA you deposit into sites and your CSA is there gaining interest (and is a must for every PIC member, every time you make a dep into PIC $1.00 of that dep goes into your CSA) an is open to all members at the end of every year so that you can transfer that money back into your ASA account. Last year it paid 10% interest and the year before that was %14 percent. There is NO other payment processor open in this market where you have these types of benefits, That s why I choose PIC as my preferred depositing method. Their online 24/7 live support is also TOP NOTCH in my book...as is the CEO
