Chelsea just played two days ago and I certainly like the AV chances with +2 after they crashed Arsenal on Sat...not so sure about the over though.

I like the Over 3 also..it seems the obvious play which worries me, especially if Chelsea get on the board first because they were in cruise control after scoring 2 against HULL CITY

But Aston Villa must be brimming with confidence so I am sure they will score too. Over it is.

was also thinking bout this game, but had villa only won the game against arsenal because arsenal cracked. in front of a home crowd too. if they stayed playing like they did in the 10-20mins they would have won the match, but villa ended up taking their chances against the slack arsenal team before the red carded gave the 3rd goal to av. chelsea should be able to hold it here esp in front of home crowd. i expect 2-1 if not 3-1 to chelsea BOL.

What because they played a day later than vila?! They cruised in the hull game, barely got out of second gear. They had players like mata, ba, essien on the bench whomdidnt even get on.

Actually he's not. Last 5 matches @ Chelsea (league play) have averaged 5.6 goals (28 total), thanks in part to two games of 8 goals (both Chelsea maulings). Go back 6 games and it's 6 goals a game. This is going back to 2007. Is it relevant? Probably not, but that said I'm on over 2.5/3 @ -159. It's juicy but imo it hits better than the 61% needed to break even. Hopefully an open, attacking game. Good luck in your plays!

The over seems good, but I'm scared to bet this after El Dynamo violated me last night.

I think Villa has a goal in them. When these two meet up anywhere, it's often a lopsided win for Chelsea or a close match with lots of goals. Not that the past means much, if anything, but Villa certainly remembers the 8-0 beatdown they suffered just before last Christmas.
