I cant believe they just let this keep going on in Cali. Here in FL a couple weeks ago, local law enforcement had a similar situation, they just pulled up next to the car and blew out a rear tire with a shotgun, then kicked the crap out of guys when they got them stopped. The way it should be and the way it is, only in Cali do they let people get away with sh1t like this. Oh well makes for entertaining tv.
