I'm really tired with customer service chat. I'm tired of all the different opinions they give you. You run an offer and you advertise an offer... but you have different rules 24/7? 
I have a few questions that I hope someone who was in my same situations could help me out with.
1. I contacted customer support last week before the game started sunday. My question was... Is it to WIN $250 or is it to RISK $250 is the maximum on this promotion? Clearly... they say... it's to WIN $250. So if the line shifts at -115 $287.50/$250 this is considered an accurate wager for their promotion. Ok no problem.
Today I risked the line at -1 -115 276/240 and I wanted to get out of my wager at half. There was no listing of my wager in the "GET OUT" section. I contacted chat and they had no idea why I wasn't allowed to get out of my wager?
So... can anyone please explain to me what happened? My wager says... "straight wager" and I clearly followed all guidelines. Why must books screw you over for?
