Question With Heritage Sports "Get Out Of Your Wager At Halftime" Special
I'm really tired with customer service chat. I'm tired of all the different opinions they give you. You run an offer and you advertise an offer... but you have different rules 24/7? I have a few questions that I hope someone who was in my same situations could help me out with.

    1. I contacted customer support last week before the game started sunday. My question was... Is it to WIN $250 or is it to RISK $250 is the maximum on this promotion? Clearly... they say... it's to WIN $250. So if the line shifts at -115 $287.50/$250 this is considered an accurate wager for their promotion. Ok no problem.

Today I risked the line at -1 -115 276/240 and I wanted to get out of my wager at half. There was no listing of my wager in the "GET OUT" section. I contacted chat and they had no idea why I wasn't allowed to get out of my wager?

So... can anyone please explain to me what happened? My wager says... "straight wager" and I clearly followed all guidelines. Why must books screw you over for?

It was only 4 games? Did you get out of the right game? I missed tonight's game by 20 minutes

One of the games was tonight. There's 2 more left. I couldn't get out of my wager. No one can give me an answer as to why?

There is a get out! Link on the homepage banner. Did you try it?

Yep. I clicked on it and it said "no current wagers" which was wrong. I guess... I'll have to call them tomorrow. Regardless... they have some explaining to do.

You won't get a decent answer. I wont even try the gimmicky wager now. I'll wait until the regular season starts now

Heritage Sports contacted me via email and rectified the situation. They said they had technical issues that night. They credited my account this morning. Very good people.

max wager size of 250, meaning to win on favorites and risk on underdogs. So for a -110, the max is 275 to win 250

Thanks Yis. I confirmed this with a chat log 9 days ago. But Sunday night my wager wasn't appearing on te "GET OUT" screen. Said no wagers pending. I contacted chat again... a different rep said... You risked too much! Your wager doesn't qualify. It's crazy how all these customer support people aren't qualified to handle questions. They must get bombarded by amature clients trying to pull fast ones on them 24/7? They always believe the client isn't telling the truth.

Different CS reps will often give different answers the same questions. Many of them are not aware of the rules.
