This, I can't stand ESPN, but they are a business (does Cap Cities still own them?) I get that.

Channel 149, MLB network, I see at least 12 different teams a week, I love watching Stanton and Joey Bats swing the bat, ch. 149 gives me those games, I love to watch Max's fastball, I get to see that on ch. 149, not so much on ESPN.
When the Rangers are hitting on all cylinders, they are so fun to watch, I mean when Kinsler, and Beltre and the rest of that lineup are clicking.

The dedicated MLB fan who can name 1 players on all 30 teams is extremely rare and few and far between. We are a dying breed. ESPN can't cater to a niche.

im a yankee fan here in nyc and i hate that they are always the sunday night game of the week. the game ends late with the next day of work and its drawn out because of all the tv timeouts. espn loves boston-ny rivalry games. they make the game more than it is always.
