If they have one this summer, I doubt they would pay for your airfare. That would be way too expensive. I want to go to Vegas sometime this year so that would be a great time to go.

I was a bit apprehensive about the event last year, partly out of ignorance as to what to really expect. In the end, a pretty damn good weekend, great fun meeting posters in person, not to mention Queen Bee once again came through on the one arm bandits and covered my sports losses.

Well I remember TLD's write-up of last year's bash and it was actually pretty intriguing. If I knew I could sit down with a guy like that and some of the players here - and it wasn't going to cost me anything - there would be a temptation to take a weekend off work and see what's up.

Still, 11% is not a big number.

I'd like to go but theres no telling what will happen b/t now and then.
If expensives were paid than it would make it hard for me not to go, but thats alot of dough for SBR to rake out in these tuff times. Plus there would also be folks signing up and posting 24 hrs a day just to have enough post to get a ticket.
Have never been to Vegas and have always wanted to go. But I also have a wife and would have to pay her way. With the current status of my business, I will probally be broke living under the bridge by than anyway.

They can have the bash here in Atlanta. We are the center of the universe. It is the world's busiest airport with thousands of cheap flights. And at least half the posters can drive here within a day from most of the US and Canada.

Pavy, you kinda forgot there is no GAMBLING in Atlanta..lol. No horse tracks/ OTB's/ casinos...NOTHING!! Even their scratch off selection sucks in Georgia.
