Les is the shit because he does everything on his own. Including filming, which forces him to do everything twice (fliming himself, then coming back to get the camera equipment). Les has to get his own food, while bear shares what his crew brought.

But its all "to each, his own". I can't remember who said it, but to quote. "the main diffrence between the two survival shows, is Practical Vs. Cool".
