No way would I touch Guthrie today vs. Boston. He's due for a good whipping. Always been like that. Puts together a few decent games then boom 6 ER. Got the Sox in this one.

What MLB bettors don't understand is you don't know anything everyone hasn't read.
You gotta find the VALUE in MLB.
Stats are nice, but if you haven't actually been watching hundreds of games, you can't get the feel of teams/pitchers/ etc.
You can justify taking a favorite for every single game.
The real capping is finding the value.
I am comfortable knowing 9 out of 10 games when I make a play, I feel I'm on the correct VALUE side. Every once in a while I rethink and say I could have taken a better game that day. But what can you do?

Ppl think value is just a word, but it's the most important thing in betting in any sport.

I often find great value in young pitchers. Julio Teheran for instance been berry berry good to me this year. Guthrie, I've followed him for years. He's always had the tendency to string together a couple tidy outings only to get nailed. So in betting against KC, I'm betting he's gonna get hit pretty hard. Guthrie's record against the Sox is dismal. If not this time, it'll be soon if you look at his history.

Deoubront has 60 pitches already. I like the spot so far.
Redsox pen is gascan central.
Royals pen has been dominant.
Just need Guthrie to not give up the meatball for a few more innings.
That's his biggest weakspot when pitching well.

MLB is funny.
The Royals have had 5 or 6 hard hit outs.
The Redsox got 4 runs there with only one hard hit ball (Ellsbury).
Guthrie is a tilt pitcher, always has the blowup inning.

It's not over by any means, but we need to heat up quick.
