First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Looselines fairly recently just had some management changes, so that could be the reason for the issues your having. As TheGeneral mentioned above, please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf sir.

Hi,

I posted this in the Players Talk Forum, sorry if I have should have posted it here.

I'm a UK player at Looselines.
I have been playing there using Neteller.

28th of December I requested a $1700 payout.
My balance is about double that and I've completed all requirements.
I got confirmation of the request by email.
I'm still waiting for the payout.

Since then I've emailed CS several times asking when the payout will be processed, but have had no replies.
Live Chat seems to be offline all the time.

I filled out a SBR complaint form early last week but have had no feedback from that.

I need to get the money from them if anyone can help.

Looselines appear to have gone dead, but they're just a skin. You can logon at abcislands livechat and ask them, it's the same account.

Hi guys,

I just deposited on Looselines ont he weekend via ** and it went smooth. Got my bonus. CS was helpful.

I logged on today to place my first bet and my name/pass doesn't WORK OR EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I call the CS and they told me to log on www.jazzsports.com. It worked. It is their affilitate book. Looks like they merged it.
