                                If you are referring to just the accomplishments of the 21st century then its Pujols. Bonds was better but only played about half the game Pujols has.

                                  pedro's peak was miles better than maddux's

                                  that being said they both had great years in the 90's....the best pitcher more great years in the 21st century is mariano rivera
