The 12 other players agreed to deals for their suspensions in which they gave up the right to appeals. The other nine, in addition to A-Rod, Nelson Cruz, Cabrera and Peralta, are:

• Francisco Cervelli, Yankees catcher (on DL)
• Jordany Valdespin, Mets outfielder (minors)
• Jesus Montero, Mariners catcher (minors)
• Cesar Puello, Mets outfielder (minors)
• Sergio Escalona, Astros pitcher (minors)
• Fernando Martinez, Yankees outfielder (minors)
• Fautino De Los Santos, free-agent pitcher
• Jordan Norberto, free-agent pitcher

The only thing that caught my eye about this list was that half of them were guys who play for or who came up with the Mets or Yankees (got the double dip with F-Mart).

A. Your 90% number is way off, but you know that already.
B. Maybe we are learning one ( of the many )reasons so many Latin players are relevant .
C. So many players cheat that if you don't you are at a disadvantage. What happens IF you get caught is worth the price if the PEDs make you a star. Eventually they all get forgiven anyway and even get jobs in MLB after retiring . The enormous money on the table must be pretty tempting.
