i wonder what would happen if there was a mass exodus of US tax payers to Uruguay. money is the biggest motivator for a major change.

well colorado would be way too overcrowded if everyone that wanted to smoke in peace went there, and canada is canada. its not even completely legal there either tho is it? a better question is why not just legalize it everywhere? its a plant, let it grow.Comment
