I have Portland -9.5 for game, was gonna hedge with Wash +10.5 in running but decided to stick with my original play.

Portland shoots 50% in 2nd half and they cover easily.

this was a good call z, it seems, and i've been studying it a lot lately, that when ONE team scores noticably low, they score above avg. in the second half..but when both teams do it...TAKE THE OVER in the 2h...in college it happens far more often.

Thats exactly right. Me and friend did a lil research on these types of games. And you take the over when you see these low scoring first halves. Especially when they give you a low total. Vegas wants you to continue to smash the under. UNDER 96 was a sucker bet
