I'll bet you 6k right now that if 6k worth of echeck deposits cleared and the kid lost they would not return a cent to his fathers account.

Get this kid his money or lower this books rating.

I think this part of the original news story on the cover page pretty much says it all because it's clearly within the BetEd rules:
If any players have made a deposit with a third party checking account, before subsequently losing their funds, they should be sure to contact BetEd for a refund.

So basically they steal your money if you play and lose (b/c u had no chance of winning) and steal your winnings if you play and win with 3rd party checking account, damn that works out well for them

That might be. However according to their rules it's perfectly within them sir.

Now if they wish to revise them and pay the gentlemen who they confiscated the $7,000 from recently, then I'm sure it would be acceptable to all parties involved.

Having bad rules isn't subject to downgrade. There rules allow them to steal.

beted is a recreational book and their hold, depost, rollover rules are tough but the kid did break the rules if I was their management personally i'd offer the $50 bettor 25% as a you broke our rules but were good guys payout but by no means should he be expected to get anything
