Isn't even accessible at the top of the page for me, and when I do try to get there, it just times out.

cleared cache/cookies, tried fireox 22.0/i.e. 8.0/ comodo/ and safari on the desktop
also tried a laptop and tablet and it wont load.

You can't get in because it's down -- not because you're doing something wrong.
