I have never met him nor, have I ever had any interactions with him.
I guess that's a testament to how much I need to learn about this site.

San Antonio Sam. Whenever I had a prize issue, he always took care of it immediately. Even took care of it over the phone for me once. Normally I would have my Walmart cards within a week. The man did his job, and did it well. With one thing after another seeming to disappear on this site, Sam IS the biggest asset lost. Good luck to you, sir!
