Garcia has a lot of upside. Tigers have few if any prospects left at all. Win now mentality will put them back 20 years. Old man Illitch wants it bad.

Peralta, done obviously soon with biogenesis. Deal wouldn't have been made otherwise.

I don't know if Garcia was ever gonna be able to hit the offspeed stuff, Every time I saw him at the yard his approach was just terrible. Everything way off front foot.
