After i place the bet i know i lost, thats just me

If it's a competitive sport, I'm the first to congratulate the other guy on his success. Inside my head, I'm on hyper-ultra-mega-tilt when I lose.

If losing was acceptable, I'd be a Frenchman.

I try to learn from it and try to figure out what went wrong. It goes up and down for me. We all need to learn from our mistakes and move forward.

A normal typical 1 unit bet loss I could care less. I just move on. even 2 unit bets I'm okay with. But if its a larger play or if I lose parlay on the last game then I mad/angry and hope the next day comes as fast as possible so I can move on.

Depends, if it is only money, I am pissed. Depending on the amount of money, I either start the burial of the chase, or leave it alone.

If it is Arizona basketball, and they lose - basically inconsolable.

If I combine the two, and it's a decent sum, punching a newborn is well within the scope of possible behavior.

                      Tilting is major trouble

Some depends on bet amounts and what you can afford to lose

Scared money players like myself press and get angry

you can't be scared when betting. As they say scared money don't make money. You gotta be ruthless and fearless. Think about the consequences if you lose after you lose the bet not before. When I'm placing a big bet I'm only thinking about what I will do if I win not what will happen if I lose.

I go out in the yard and grab the wood splitter axe and start chopping wood fiercely until I calm down. I'm just imagining the wood log is my bookie with every swing of the axe and I'm splitting his head in half.

Only get pissed when on a bad streak or last leg of a big parlay loses....Usually not a big deal otherwise and move on quickly

More of a problem when South Carolina football lose a big game...And the Jets when they're actually in the playoff hunt

Find the ones that troll other threads with "big" losing picks. Those guys are the losers unbearable to be around.

im very good at losing in stride. That seems to be true with online betting anyway. I could lose 8000 in a day online and barely show any emotion besides being dead inside and maybe a little grumpy to naggers. However, if i lost a 100 dollar bet to a friend playing mini golf or pong I'm much angrier. Same thing goes for losing money live at a casino. Much easier to lose money to the computer for me

i find that just switching the pen i was using to write down the loser makes everything better. Oh and sometimes i rearrange the furniture in my house just in case the way i had it, was causing the losers..

last night was brutal. i mean brutal!!!

had milwacky, angels, 2 units on boston and half unit on a 4 teamer (pitt, cleveland, oakland, cincy).

should've been a great night to a heartbreaking night.

i was pissed and went for a run. working out always helps.

time to get some back today...
