Rally against www.beted.com sports & casino
After reading in detail , I have no other choice but demand that the little guy ( $50 ) gets his $6900 this is pure bs , they had over 5 business days to see that the deposit was made under his fathers bank account yet they didnt say anything. So i guess its OK to lose but not good when you win , then the rule 14 kicks in?

AND THIS IS A B RATED BOOK?

www.beted.com sports & casino today crossed over to the crooks area.

5dimes , DSI , CRIS , Pinny would have paid him out they must be hard up for money to cheat a $50 guy out of $7k

Sign me up. This book should be exposed for thievery. This things never happen at European books. This would be all over the tabloids and the book will be chased out of town fast and furious.

He sent the banking docs in 10 days after his deposit. Beted can't check the names until they receive the docs. They immediately closed it when they received it. There are plenty of things I don't like about this case, but BetED never dropped the ball.

Books can get away with anything no matter what the rating is .......the RIGHT thing to do is deduct $50 from winnings , but they will hide under their rules.

Was the father ok with the kid using his account in this case? I guess if the kid lost, then the dad could say no, but the kid won, so dad would say sure? Is that the issue here?

Two issues. The book has a faulty policy where no verification is required when you deposit hence if you lose who cares who send the money? Book gets paid. If however you make the unforgiven sin to win money and request a payout 10 days after your documents will be thoroughly examined and the book has the authority of voiding your bets.

This is bad bad bad business.

BetEd may be the highest rated book with the poorest record. They are just a all-around terrible book. Low limits, vanilla lines. I was on one run where I was actually losing a nickel a play and they just closed my account(lost about 5 bets in a row) and that was it. No discussion, no nothing. If this kid lost, they would of certainly took the money. Now that he won they don't want to pay. Unreal, but nothing from this shitty book surprises me.

They have to be very short on cash. I would not play there. They seem like a high risk book.

Like I said 10 x's. If he deposited 500 and lost it...they would have NO RIGHT to collect the funds from mommy and daddy.

I recommend a lot of posters to BetEd who are looking for easy processing solutions, but that's kind of hard to continue doing after reading this particular complaint we all speak of. I realize how tightly they monitor their processing which is a good thing in order to keep things running smoothly, however after reading everything surrounding the subject thus far. I don't feel I can put people at risk on a technicality like that. Would the same thing apply if it was his wife's info and not the sons?

The only thing I can think of that might be similar to this case was when SBR poster Flyingillini posted fairly recently he made a deposit with his wife's account info at VIP and they honored it and paid him his winnings.
