Out of cities with 4 major sports teams, I might throw Phoenix into the mix. Since the D-Backs are giving the division to the Dodgers.

NBA Suns: Rebuilding
NHL Coyotes: Maybe they stay and try to backdoor into the playoffs, somehow, next year
NFL Cardinals: 6-10 would be over-achieving for them, this year. They should go 0-6 in the division.
Asrizona State Sun Devils: Haven't heard much about them in the last few years either.

I dont see how philly can be more disappointing than the washington dc area. Capitals and the Nationals were a huge disappointment, we will see about the redskins but I expect more of the same. The Wizards

I'd say Pirates fans are as loyal as any other city's fans would be if their team was the worst in baseball for 20 years.

PHX is THEE choice.

Not for the reasons of Philly.

You see, in PHX, there lies a sports apathy that is the worst I have ever seen in my life. Obviously there are a couple die-hards of every team. But by-and-large, PHX is the worst sports town I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I am positive most fans still expect to see Luis Gonzalez emerge from the dugout, and Charles Barkley and Amar'e are still tearing it up on the hardwood together.

APATHY to the extreme. No other way to describe this town.

Philly has the opposite, their fans care about their sports too much. So when they suck, it's a plauge like atmosphere. When they're good though, basic euphoria.

PHX doesn't give a shit if they win or lose. But they will show up if you're winning, or the Cubs come to Chase.

Birds will win 8 games this year, twice as many last season. And the flyers aren't that bad and the 76ers just made a huge acquisition which will make them a contender for years to come. Wake up Corbin.
