no payout from 10 bet.com

hi guys,
new to this game had a bet "wins" they have not paid out after 3 days,
rang them last night, they said it would be paid then,
still no payout should i be worried??

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Some posters have said that 10Bet (SBR Rated C) is not exactly the best of books to play at, however if they said they will pay you then I'm sure they will. I have read that sometimes it could take up to a week before you will get your funds though if your paperwork isn't in order. If you feel you might be in need of some assistance, you are always welcome to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf to find out whats going on.

they took 8% of my winnings, because, apparantley and correct i did not turn over my initial deposit 5 times !! this is bull.. so if i deposit 5 times there going to give me back 8%..yeah right..!! i have emailed them and told them i am coming staight here and too close my acc.. punters beware this site has changed its rules and be carefull on yer spread bets, ie: you make 4% they take out 8% from yer winnings you do the math..

If I remember correctly they impose anywhere from a 3% to 8% fee on withdraws for that payment solution.

yes, from what i see its on any withdrawal, is that fair?? ie: i bet you that if man utd beat spurs in the next game anywhere and you win i get to keep 8% of your winnings..??

it is not fair but it is in their rules. I think that they should increase the 8% to 99%. I mean, why pay people at all. This is the only bookie I know with this rule so stay away

That's on their withdrawal page, but not exactly too obvious. I got caught out by it once.
