books close up shop after the superbowl is over and I can't help but to think CW might be one of them.

Look how many bettors come out of the woodwork just to bet the Superbowl and they happen to find a book that requires no posting up. How many once a year type bettors are going to try and capitalize off of such a thing?

Ok but how does that mean they will go under what if the majority lose?

Because the shot takers will break the bank and they wont be able to afford the bandwidth due to the stiff list page.

Question for anyone more familiar with CW than myself?

How do they get pics of the "regular stiffs"? I was under the impression that ID was only needed upon withdrawal?

                      My thoughts....

Dan, I respectfully disagree for two reasons:

I assume that very few people post up significant amounts of cash at CW, and rightly so with no support number, definite location status, etc....therefore their betting limits are only a couple hundred tops per game and I believe it is capped at $500 per side $250 game parlay (no matter how much more one posts up)...so casual bettors "taking a big shot" on Super Bowl weekend just doesn't happen there, i.e stiffs "can't break the bank".

Secondly, just about all the "stiffs" cost CW absolutely nothing since they never deposited nor have they receive payouts...they merely used their software for a couple minutes. The only other way to up your betting limits, which start at $100 per game, is to settle on time with them.

I personally think they will be around for a while:

*** Their business plan is better than people think most of the "stiffs" don't cost them a penny...they just extended credit, which the players received no actually value for, which was not honored by the players. The "Super Stiffs" are the ones who won, were paid, then lost and didn't pay. There aren't very many of them and the amounts aren't that much because of the betting limits mentioned earlier.

                      *** Most importantly...............THEY PAY.

Let me close by saying that I am in no way a shill for CW...I don't know anything more than anyone else about the company.

What I do know, despite all the negative posts on this forum without any facts behind them, is that I have paid them when I owed them on time, and they have paid me several times, on time every time (far quickest than any other book I've played with I might add) when they owed me. And the one dispute I had with them was handled professionally and promptly.

That's the bottom line in my opinion.

Bankrupt on 100 bets? You're all Crazy...been hearing how they were going to close all year long....I wouldn't play with them but obviously they know something about their business model that SBR doesn't.

That was early on, they have since changed that and now new accounts require an ID.
