Not that I agree with violence, but this would definitely be the appropriate route to take when someone claims to hate and want to eliminate other races. Raping them just makes it look as if he has a secret lust for the women and hates them for it.

I think that rape is more of a dominance crime more than a sexual crime in terms of a motivating factor, so with this idea in mind, I can see someone who hates someone else trying to control them and dominate them by making them accept the rod unwillingly.
