Problem with the Greek

What is up with these guys acting like this ?

They are stalling my payout I have emailed them 4 times sent a water bill and are charging me $15 claiming im not active yet losing money in their casino is not considered activity?

You can send in a bank statement with your banks name, logo, and your name/address and this will work fine.

I like TheGreek but have found them to be difficult to deal with when requesting a change of information, the regular CS reps should be bypassed to get anything solved.

I've never had a problem with books like Canbet/Centrebet/Ladbrokes and their customer service. Mainly offshore books are the cause of headaches for me.

In their terms and conditions it also states that if you haven't placed a wager each week for the last 30 days (4 weeks) you will be charged $15 as it won't be considered an active account. I've had weeks where i've wagered thousands one week at Greek, nothing the next and upon withdrawing been deemed to not have an active account. Seems silly but they apply this rule consistently.

I emailed them for the 6th time and they dont understand I tell them that if i dont live there anymore how am I to send a bill?

they are no help , their CS sucks no more greek for me after this.

What is it with you and your utility bills sir.

That's the second or third time you have had such an issue when attempting cashing out. I recall your situation on the matter and can sympathize, however I feel their has to be a happy medium somewhere because you settled a similar type of issue with Pinnacle not to long ago.

Honestly BBD i can show you the emails i sent them and Pinnacle's CS was quick to see the logic these guys.. well I cant say much other than they are a pain NO MORE GREEK FOR ME , what a hassle

You don't have to show me any emails because I believe you sir. The reason TheGreek put this type of policy in is because the big database scare of 2005 or 2006. I personally can't say I blame them for adding an extra level of security.

I admire their efforts but they shoud have competent full english clerks to go alone with it.

I emailed them 6 times begging them to tell me how am I gonna send them a bill of somewere i havent lived in 9 months?

just spoke to a sup in the accounts dep , cool guy helped me out. I guess the trick is to call not email with the greek.

Yes, the Greeks customer service is bullshit. The Greeks customer service does not allow them to be an A+ book IMO. I had a similar situation that caused me to stop playing there. I opened an account like 5 years ago. I decided to go back there late last year, but I had forgot my login info. I contacted them and couldnt get any help because I forgot what email address I signed up under 5 years ago. I change email addresses very often. That is pure ignorant IMO, but phuck them, I bet if I said I wanted to deposit $10,000 they would have figured something out. Thus, they have bad customer service IMO.
