7/23 Phillies+201 against the Cardinals

insane line here 2/1 with the phillies here is a must bet. Miller has given up 14 runs in his last 4 outings including giving up 3 runs against the Astros his last outing which also included 5 walks. Pettibone on the other hand has been just about average however no way does he deserve to be such a heavy dog here, and the Phillies have the offense to put up runs here. Just hope this isn't one of those games where the Cardinals win by a run and both the -1.5 on the fav and ML on the dog lose.
