Talk about the mid winter boring NHL hockey blues.Even with correlated parlays where you can play moneyline home team prohibitive favorites at -1.5 spreads for +140 and match them with over 5 totals you can never hit a winner.Tired of friggin listless 1-1 and 2-2 shootout games.Make the goalie pads smaller!!!!!!!!Make the La crosse wicket gloves smaller! There is hardly any separation in scores! Please start baseball soon where you get lopsided games by the bunches!!!!I would rather lose lopsided than almost win close.

I don't think this is correlated enough to show a profit, with 20 cent lines. I tracked it one season ( along with +1.5 and under), it lost pretty badly.

Maybe switch to +1.5, and under 5.5 ?

    The shootout killed these parlays

      BrentCrude,

By your own words, you showed all why it would not be wise for you to gamble.

Mid winter boring hockey blues??? Surely you Jest!!!

I took the Over in 6 games last night and nailed 5 of them. You just need to understand the game. Hey look I'm Canadian. I know the game.

The NHL doesn't need to do dumb things like making goalie pads smaller or changing the goal posts. OR a Lacrosse wicket glove LOL. (Must be American, but that's ok.) The NHL is fine the way it is; however, they should relocate 5-6 teams from the non hockey markets that they are currently located in. It still baffles me as to why there are teams in Florida, Phoenix, Atlanta and Nashville.

They should eliminate 6 teams and relocate a couple others.

Nuke the Panthers, Coyotes, Trashers, Preds, Hurricanes and one of the three California teams. Move the Dallas Stars to Quebec city to revive the Nordiques and give the Stars name and colors back to Minnesota. Then move the Devils to another Canadian city - maybe make it that second Toronto team.

There's a reason books still let you bet those.

A team in Halifax NS could easily support a team. Same with one anywhere in Ontario. Quebec maybe. Their taxes are way too high. Winnipeg has a new arena, but only seats 15K. Dumb move on Winnipeg's part to build a smaller arena. Could Regina support a team? My guess is they could.
