I work in a 24x7 data center, there are a lot of white collar very educated tech degree workers too that work off shifts. A lot of talent works overnights.

You're absolutely right. I work 9-5 M-F but if I had a choice I would work overnight. Most IT guys (I think) feel this way. Very few stupid 9-5'ers in the way so I can actually get some work done....
