Very Difficult To Rate Small/Obscure Books

Why?? Not a ton of info on them not a lot of player input, many dont advertise much, many want zero attention and just have a small solid customer base whether credit or post up. I am sure many small books are high risk but some have to be solid C's and better.

after the betislands scandal i doubt many people want to risk sending their money to a new book that doesnt have a solid reputation.

and a line of credit with Grande
and you safe at 5 dimes/heritage and the b365
otherwise not worth it
