Why are the books hanging a 7 point line on Super Bowl?

Shouldnt they do 6.5 or 7.5 and change payout odds so its not a push?

Because books know it won't matter when Steelers win by 10+.

And even at +7, there is surprisingly a lot of action on Arizona.
