Ill give you a little backround. I am, I repeat, I AM NOT a healthy eater. I do not eat anything green, never have never will. That why I came up with this diet program.
About 1.5 years ago I went on a diet with running on the treadmill. I was on this diet for 3 weeks and no joke lost 20 pounds. In the 3 weeks I ran 2-3 times a week, thats it.
Here is what my diet consisted of.
Cereal (Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios, or Lucky Charms)
Oatmeal
Yogurt
Nutragran bars
***THATS IT!****
**Drink a cup of grapefruit juice at every meal
Drink wise: Water, milk, or grapefruit juice
Pills: Fiber Choice chewies, 500mg Hoodia, and Cintrum vitamins.
*There will be one day where I am aloud to have one crap meal, like pizza or something.
*On nights when I goto the bar, I will be leaving my beer behind and drinking cranberry/vodka's
Well boys, tomorrow I start it again! I went and got my membership at the health club today, so I plan on doing a lot more working out then I did in the previous diet. I will keep a daily blog on it and will keep you guys updated on my status.
