Can anyone spot me a 220 point loan for the poker tournament in 2 hours? Lou?? I was actually up for a little while, but then like clockwork I lost 90 points on one hand. I was dealt pocket 7's versus a dealer 6. I immediately split my 7's and then received another 7. So I split those and received a 17 and a 10. Stayed on the 17, doubled on the 10 to 18 I believe. I received 17 on the other hand and then had 11 on my last hand and doubled to a 18 I think. Dealer draw multiple cards for a nice 20 to win everything

Well as I said, I was +1845 after being -250 last time (-250 on a 3/1 promotion no less!). So variance is high. But if you started with only 130, not at all surprising to me that variance busted you. Despite the huge amount I won, I still had streaks in the middle where I was like -200 or so. Very easy to bust 130 given that...

Yeah was thinking about betting max, since I never lost with these promos. But I've read on here people losing on the 3/1 promo, although I don't see how that's even possible if you have enough starting bankroll, play basic strategy, & play for the full duration of promo. So I stayed conservative today, but will probably go max tomorrow.

It is possible to lose but the advantage is still on your side. I lost on the last one and generally played basic strategy and played for the majority of the promo

I'm the reason? I'm the model of common sense & consistency. I find myself using this emoticon quite often however, due to the many clueless people on this site.

reload, you need SBR to move the max bet to 1k. That will at least make it interesting for your 65k stack.
