Alcohol can be delivered depending on the store, yes.

There are many 24 hour wine/liqour stores that deliver.

This was the biggest loss I took by moving from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Food is only delivered here until about midnight and the bodega doesn't deliver so no beer, snacks or TP deliveries.
