I need a betting system for roulette. A decent strategy to maximize my odds.

Here is a good system. Take all your money that you are going to play in Roulette, and learn to play Craps or Baccarat. It will save you quite a bit of money in the long run. Take it from someone that has played Roulette for quite some time and has won and loss quite a bit. It is a losers game ANY way you play it.

Just in case not: there is no strategy. It is the definition of random. Take a guess. Lose in the long run.

(Unless you're Fishhead who made $500,000 influencing roulette wheels with his farts.)

Magnetic shoes. If you wear them and place them under the wheel you can control where the ball lands. Wear one black shoe and one red shoe to control colors. One shoe odd size and one shoe even size to control odd/even.

damn, i came back and saw 5 replies and thought i may have something to use. oh well...

Only advice is to play a European roulette wheel with only 1 zero which still has a house advantage of 2.63% which isn't too bad. Play the others and at a house advance of 5.26%, you'll be broke fast. Learn to play craps, very small house advance (under 1%) if you play correctly and it's a lot more fun!

Shady, I am being serious dude. Roulette is the WORST table game in a casino odds wise. I mean, yeah you can play the single 0 table, but besides that, the game is really for people that want to kill a couple of hours and gobble up free drinks at a casino. There is no "system". I don't care if their are 1000 books written on the subject. You know the board that displays the previous numbers that come up on the wheel? It is USELESS!!! The odds are always the same every spin no matter what the last number was. If you want a table game to play around and have a couple of hours of fun, Roulette is your game. If you want a chance to make money, I suggest Baccarat or Craps. Much better odds than Roulette.

You might as well ask for a strategy for betting on coinflips.

The simple answer would be limit the # of spins you play, and bet the fewest # at a time as possible such as 1.

This way you give yourself a chance to win in the short term. The worst thing you can do is cover the board.

However, a more advanced method such as influencing the wheel with farts is infinitely better.

Is there a reason you want to play roulette?

i once saw a guy on that show caesars 24/7 win 2 dimes at roulette in one session. they didn't show how thou but guy had long hair and looked like he knew his shit.

I have worked in Casino's for 15 yrs. My advice is to stay away or better still donate your money to charity. You will get more pleasure doing this.
