    Early review on Steelers/Cardinals
This game comes down to the Cardinals pass blocking vs Steelers pass/blitz scheme's rush.

    my breakdown.

    Cardinals

    Cardinals good pass protecting O-line
Best pass blocking RB in the game
    Veteran leadership
Two WR's most teams would kill to have 1 of them as there primary WR.

    Steelers

    Best Defense in the league
Capable WR core (3rd and 4th WR are very good at there roles)
    Two very capable RBs

So what it comes down to...is can the steelers keep Kurt Warner from standing around all day and picking them apart. If Kurt has time Steelers lose. If the Steelers can get to Kurt on a consistant basis, the Steelers win. Kurt throws the ball shitty when he's got happy feet or running for his life.

Steelers will knock Warner out of the game, Arizona will be forced to use their backup.

Steelers beat the snot out of a very tough Baltimore team, Arizona will feel like marshmallows compared to Baltimore.

Can you name 3 corners on the Steelers' roster without looking?

            No? That's what I thought.

You seem to forget the steelers have the number 1 ranked defense in the league.

They havn't played Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin or a QB like Kurt Warner (experienced and generally makes good decisions).

They lost to the Colts and Eagles (both teams with great passing attacks).

Plus, Edge has shown up in the postseason and Hightower is an absolute monster. I don't know why I'm giving away my picks on a public forum though. Good luck with your Steelers bet sir

To further my point... lockdown corners who allowed Justin Gage, Derrick Mason, Mike Walker, and Hank Baskett more than 80 yards.

(Not including Reggie Wayne and Andre Johnson because they're Pro Bowl receivers)...

Oh wait Fitz and Boldin are BOTH Pro Bowl receivers? Hmmm.

Also... 7 of Pitt's regular season games were against Baltimore, Cleveland, Cinci, and Washington. Those are some great offenses.

No contest...wow. Has someone alerted the NFL? Maybe they shouldn't even play the game if the result is already determined.

                      Atlanta over Arizona...no contest
                      Carolina over Arizona...no contest
                      Philadelphia over Arizona...no contest
                      Pittsburgh over Arizona........?

Throw out the three Baltimore games. Steelers and Baltimore play the same style of football, and the Steelers are simply better at it. The Super Bowl will be a totally different game.

The element of surprise is with the Cardinals. They have more options of what they're going to do on offense. The third best defense in the league had no answer for this type of pick your poison attack. Nor will the number one defense. As to blitzing Warner, that was the Eagles plan as well... And in this case Whisenhunt is intimately familiar with the Steeler schemes. This is not going to be a low scoring game. The Steelers defense won't feature as prominently as Steeler fans would hope. So the question becomes: can the Steelers offense keep up? And do they have enough weapons to really surprise Whisenhunt? In any case, the higher the scoring, the more it favors the Cardinals.

People overthink the superbowl like no other game.

                            This game is overrated.

Will be betting Italian Rink Hockey and Norwegian Bandy instead, much more value.

I've seen the stats, and if you break them down to attempts coming his way they look less and less good. 1 thing ESPN can do is present a bunch of stats...when they have 2 weeks to cover 1 game

Be mindful this game is on grass and will slow down the az air attack.
Also they are not good away from home and they are giving up as many points as they average.

I think that is what a good corner does.... reduces the attempts that come his way and the one's that do come his way he hasn't let many receivers catch more then 3-4 passes this year
