Hey guys with a good memory....

How have All-Star Pitchers in the past pitched in their Final start before All-Star Break?

Everyone on here knows i am in love in Corbin and Kershaw from a betting stand point. Those are my go to guys

But i was thinking of a parlay

Marlins +1.5 (Eovaldi) vs Nationals (Strasburg)

Rockies +1.5 ( Nicasio)@ Dodgers (Kershaw) Tulo + Cargo back in action

Brewers (Gorzelany) +1.5 @ Corbin and the Snakes

      Grimm and Da Rangers +1.5
      @ Detroit and Fister

      $100 to win $1,175

Are you looking to quantify the psychological aspects of pitchers that have done well early and that know they will not get the three day break that the other players get?

Not all all-star pitchers are created equal. It used to be that every MLB team had an all star...watered down the field...so history would not be applicable.

Motivation is the factor..look at Boston this year...last year they wanted the skipper gone...this year he is gone..world of difference.

Trying to cram to much of a square peg into a round hole to make the theory work...I wish you luck with the parlay..I would not do it

There is simply no way to get a line on this data for it to have any real meaning.

              Way too many variables.

I think if you did find anything-- I don't think it would have significant trend one way or another.

Can Gorzelany go deep in the game for the Brew-Crew?

It depends on which is the opponent. For example if the pitcher faces a team that has a .300 BA vs a team that has a .200 BA he will have a higher ERA facing the much better hitting team.
