Why trade him, he's coming off the books in 2010.

I think that happens naturally because the Raptors blow.

Ah, cant follow you with that one. He's still too young and there's still plenty of time to build around him, just have to hope he's patient and doesn't bolt. I still think a team built around Bosh, Calderon, and a star SF(hopefully someone who can drive, which Marion can't) would be pretty good.

Bosh is a problem with this team, he is way too soft...

He settles for too many long range jumpers, and sure, he can hit them at a good %, but this team needs a PF like Stoudemire. Bargnani is a big wet flappin pussy, once again only good for long range jumpers.

Keep Calderon and dump everyone else (except Parker) and build around them.

                  O'Neal isn't playing.

This trade might have happened because Marion is now questionable for tonight.

O'Neal is saving himself for next year, there's no doubt about it.

I doubt it, he is way too old... Indiana would have held onto him if he was still good, but never was an impact player, not enough athleticism.

Saving himself for his contract year.

Would not call 30 too old.

Only on SBR where the avg poster age is 20.8 could someone be old at 30.

not that old, but definitely worn out. The guy has been in the NBA forever. He is nothing like the player he was 5 years ago. He was obviously washed up a year ago; and I was really pissed that BC traded for him. I am surprised (but very happy) that he has found a sucker to take his contract off his hands. And you gotta like BC's willingness to admit he made a mistake and try to remedy it.

Now if he could only admit to ****ing up drafting Bargnani, he'll be 2/2.

Anyone who drafts a WHITE player 1st overall deserves to be fired...
