When was the last time on a Monday mid day have you seen networks airing NBA games?Never!So we have a black holiday and what do the NBA and networks do?They just assume that all black people love basketball by giving them a full dose of it on the schedule.It's totally offensive and the NAACP,ACORN,Jesse Jackson,Al Sharpton,Obama,Oprah and all anti defamation leagues should be outraged and protest just as if a white person asked someone whose black if they like watermellon or fried chicken.

What if your local supermarket hung out a big special of the day sign advertising MLK day deal on chicken and watermellon or if a restaurant did the same?I see no difference in that compared to the NBA and networks doing what they do by playing and airing mid day games tomorrow.

As far as it being racist. A sport with the majority of its players that are African American, that get paid large sums of money to do something they like to do. If I was an NBC exec, I would rather have a live sporting event on during a holiday than 3 hours of Judge Judy.
