WSEX is horrible

This is another thread to get the words out to the public and maybe it will catch WSEX attention that they're not an A+ book, they has gone down the hill and it's been good to horrible now.

Their customer service is horrible.

Their CASHOUT time is horrible. (WSEX Gm clearly stated that "if you do not receive your courier withdrawal in the stated time, let us know and we will refund the $50 fee", however when I contacted them for the refund, they refused)

I guess it depends on what your goals are. I do the interactives there, have at least 5k on each event, and I get paid. Sure, it sucks compared to the old days of neteller, but for a decade i have always gotten paid. Since I am not desperate for my check to arrive in 14 to 20 days, I really couldn't care less. I have a ton of money in various wsex accounts, and I would trust that amount with many other books.

I still trust them and like their site (and lines) better than most books, just can't understand why betjam has a fedex at my door in 24 hours and it takes wsex weeks (and several phone calls).

Listen. I like WSEX. I have done business with them for a long time. They have been a reliable friend in the industry. When my funds are at WSEX, I have no concerns.

BUT

They're not an A+ book right now. That is ridiculous. SBR is out to lunch on that.

With the payout issues - long delays, bounced cheques - that have been going on for so long now, they cannot possibly deserve the highest possible rating. Other books are doing better period.

I believe WSEX can regroup and catch up to books like Greek. But right now, there is no way they are equal.

Ratings shouldn't be based on what might happen if everything goes right. They should be helping players understand what to expect now IMO.

An A rating would be defensible. It would be putting a lot of emphasis on their financial stability but facing the reality that they are simply not performing as well as the very best books right now.

Personally, I'd say B or B+.

I'm personally willing to give them some leeway on processing to the USA. Though 8 weeks is a bit excessive.

But, there are many reports of delays paying out to neteller to the rest of the world. That's just not excusable.

When I can cash out 5 figures from the greek in 2 days and it takes WSEX 8 weeks and 5 separate withdrawals for the same amount, they both can't be A+ (not that any books other than pinny should be A+)

wsex is a no worry book as far as getting paid, more of a traditional type book, solid ownership. I think they can improve on payouts though, maybe need better methods.

The fact that they can't pay Neteller PROMPTLY is a give away IMO.

How are they Moneybookers?

If they can't pay Neteller immediately I don't think this book has the $$$$$.

No one wants to be a slow paying book.

Matchbook and WSEX both look like garbage. I went to there homepages searching for a second book because BetJam hasn't been able to process my ******** transactions the last 2 days and they both have limited withdrawal options and take too long. Anyone will take your money and that seems like all they are interested in.

Here's the problem, although many of us are holding WSEX's feet to the fire for their tardy payouts!!
There are too many that are NOT concerned that an OVERNIGHT check takes TWO WEEKS!!!

I don't NEED the money either, it's a fcking matter of principle. If any books website says, 4 to 7 days then by god I want MY money in that specified amount of time!!!

You can transfer to any other top book via WSEX in no time and they will pay you so nothing to worry about.
