I'd say for me probably 8-10 times a year i come across a play and i'm like man i would bet 30,000 on that game if i could get my hands on 30 grand...


you know its like these plays just come to you and right away at first glance you know it's a guarantee win!

But this shit happens less than 10 times a year thats for sure... and it's usually when i'm broke...

But imagine if you were a TRUE big time sharp bettor where you only HAMMERED these guaranteed locks..

Thats the way to do it. But it takes discipline and big nuts.

once or twice a year on average i guess.

I mostly only wager MLB, NFL , NCAA Football and Basketball.

once in a blue moon maybe play some NBA but I hate the lack of effort players give during regular season.

only if i'm feeling a real need to get my betting fix do i bet Tennis, UFC, boxing, golf, nascar, soccer etc...

Know exactly what Bearer is saying, I'll come across a half dozen or so games where it feels like stealing money. Only ever had a meaningful amount on 3 of these wagers and lost 1 of them.

Bear if you are just rec, focus on the sports you love. It spices it up a bit. But unless you're willing to put in a lot of time learning how to model and then spend a fair amount of time each day, don't ever expect to beat the larger, more efficient markets with any regularity.

However the smaller markets are definitely beatable, especially mma and some of the more obscure tennis venues. The exception with those are micro limits. However your limits may be high enough compared to your unit size that its worth it to you to start focusing on them. Wonder into the sub forums here. There's some posters that can churn out winners. NASCAR and golf as well. Beat those markets and enjoy getting limited Always a good feeling the first time it happens.

There are no locks, but their are spots where the sharps are just unloading on a side and the public is getting taken to the cleaners. Non-public information that is only privy to sharps is where the money is made.
