'Sheed is definitely a hot head, but he has great basketball knowledge and it's possible he's grown up and can be a good mentor to Drummond and Monroe.

You forget was he a champion with the pistons, and apart those teams battled the J-Kidd nets,the Pacers and Heat, then the Lebron Cavs every postseason? Also was a important part of those Blazers teams that ran into the Lakers and Spurs at their peaks? Say what you want about him and his personality, but this dude made it to 7 conference finals in his career. Obviously he was doing something right in his career. And from the stuff I've read about him in the past, he's supposedly has a great basketball mind and many who coached him expected him to become a coach when he retired...so this wasn't that surprising...at least to me.

And PS.- I cant wait for the first tech he gets for yelling "Ball don't lie" from the bench.

I just dont want to be a negative nancy like no coin. Real fans stick with their teams through the toughest of times. Did joe d make some bad moves in the past? Yes. Did joe d make some good moves in the past? Yes. Josh Smith will play a huge role this year as will drummond, knight, etc. This is the most excited I've been about the team in years. Good things are to come
