Holy **** betonline are assholes cancelling bets
These guys need to get their shit in order! Unbelievable how they cancel bets!

There have now been 4 times when they've made an error, three times my bet won, one time it lost, guess which time they didn't cancel it?

My first play was on a live tennis match, I think the French Open. I was on live and they must have screwed up the line, inverting the play. Essentially my player had 2 sets to win one game to cash (he got a plus when it should have been a minus). An hour later they cancel my bet. I thought okay, I thought I tried to beat the system.

My second time was a basketball game, race to 15 live play. Something happened with a foul call and in the time it took for them to make the call and sort it out, I took a team that got the benefit of the foul call at good odds. This was cancelled as well.

The third time was a wimbeldon first set bet. I place my bet and turn on the television and it turns out my player is already down 0-2 in the first set. The match had started 5-10 minutes before my bet. The bet loses and I contact them telling them how they cancelled my bets in the past when they made an error. No luck.

Now tonight, I take an honestly live play line on a baseball game in the 7th inning something like +3.5 when the team has runners in scoring position. They score two runs to go down by 2 minutes after I place my bet, and they cancel my bet again.

Such bullshit, I'm done with this book, the only thing I liked about them was cashing out was easy. I'm not dealing with their bullshit selective bet cancelling. They never offered anything for the cancelled bets either, no free play nothing. Two of the times the plays were for $100s of dollars (one win and one loss).

When books make mistakes and you repeatedly try to bury them it's not a good idea. It's kind of a gambling unsaid rule you don't fukk with those lines.

Taking a shot at a book will never end well at all. Ever. Welcome to gambling.

Sounds to me like you are a shot taker and your lucky u still are allowed to play there. I would have freerolled you too, u see a bad line don't bet it. What don't you understand? Your not going to get away with it and are allowing the book the chance to freeroll you. Oh yeah IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO! Once ok, but you have taken a shot 4 times, prolly more if I had to guess. Just stop betting obvious bad lines, seem like a simple solution me. Or heck go into live chat and help the book out alerting them of the bad line, maybe they will throw u a free play for letting them know.

Live betting commonly leads to disputes. A majority are a player watching on TV and thinking his bet was in on time when in fact, he could be a few seconds behind another service. There are many examples. All complaints are welcomed and feedback appreciated: mail@sportsbookreview.com.

Jrod, how do you come to the conclusion he's taking a shot and not getting free-rolled? Thanks

Posted this in such a fury, I forgot to check back on it:

1st thing: The first time I noticed a line off, I wasn't sure what was going on. I put the bet in as fast as possible as perhaps they saw an injury or something and thought it was a shot. The odds weren't spectacular. Anyway I got the message that they messed up the line. Also it's not common knowledge that live betting has it's mistakes and you shouldn't try and pounce on a number. To me it's no different than a star player being injured or sitting and you jumping on the line before it changes.

2nd thing: the other times after that there was no special advantage I got. The books weren't offering such a ridiculous line. Like I said it was a matter of gameflow and the numbers change dozens of times a game depending on what's going on. If LeBron james gets 3 fouls in the first quarter naturally people are going to try and take the other side live.

3rd thing: Confiscate my bankroll? If a dealer in blackjack has a queen-7 and says they beat you at two kings, the casino isn't going to come in and confiscate your stack because THEY messed up. The most ridiculous one was when I took the tennis match without realizing it had started 5-10 minutes prior and was essentially a sure loser. Yet according to the logic in here, if I had known this and bet the other side my bankroll should be confiscated for "cheating the book" Do you all not realize the fallacy in your reasoning for THE BOOK messing up? It's one thing to cancel the bet but you all saying I deserved to be banned is ridiculous.

I'm no know it all with books and what not, but to me its hard to understand the logic on a business messing up and taking it out on the customers. Like I said I'm done with the book, gladly. They can **** off and get frozen by the US Govt for all I care
