Harvey or Kershaw who starts for the NL in the All Star game?

We all know its gonna come down to these 2. Even though Harvey starting here would be a great story and I would love to see him start here I simply don't see it happening. Kershaw is the much bigger name here and given his consistency year in year out I think he gets the nod to start here.

Seems likely that Harvey will start regardless of Kershaw's better ERA... this game is in NY, lets be realistic here guys.
