I remember the last time these two matched up it was a 4-1 loss for Harvey but a great pitched game, it was his 2nd start ever; I think the 'Under' should be in order here again unless I get a different opinion w/ lineups/wind/weather tomorrow, otherwise this seems like a "square" under total.

what happened to him is he lost velocity on his fastball. I saw on tv they were saying batters are not chasing as many of his breaking balls outside of the strike zone as they used to.

This is probably bc of scouting reports and hitters having more time to see the ball since they dont have to worry about the 95 to 96 mph fastball being blown by them.

That being said he has made some good adjustments and has pitched fairly well this season. But the Giants hardly ever give him any run support.
