These defensive coordinators fail more often than not as head coaches. For every Belichick and Parcells, there's a ton more Buddy Ryans, Bill Arsnbargers and Romeo Crenell's.

I love how GM's think a good offensive or defensive coordinator makes a good coach, they could not be wrong ans the head coaching job is so much different than those two positions.
