Why isn't Pujols on the DL ???

I'm pretty sure that his foot issues (Plantar fascahsaasswhogivesashit) is something that cant be dealt with by just going on the 15 day DL. Its going to take an entire off season to heal. The Angels figure a hobbled Albert, is better than an Albert on the 60 day DL. They dont have the luxury of waiting for him to get healthy at this point.

Same issue with Longoria now too. Hes going to be bothered by this all year.

I think its because teams encourage 40 year old guys to retire first.
