typically it would have been the Pirates, but I think they are turning a corner finally in regards to throwing away money

He'll take a large pay cut

it actually wouldn't surprise me if the braves take him back... (they won't pay much though)

looking at his last two years, and lack of motivation.... he may only receive non-roster invites to spring training...or minor league contract offers.... no to low risk for the team and then both parties can be happy if he doesn't pan out.... might just retire....sad to have that much talent, and be so unmotivated...showing up at spring training fat last year, coming off his worst year.... cuz he got paid.....

Wasn't there talk of Jones getting a 1 year deal from Atlanta?

ESPN had a rumor of him going to to Texas last week. That team will bring your average up.

For whoever signs him I have no clue how he'd even be used. He is no longer the day to day outfielder a team would like to have and he hasn't proven to anyone lately that he bat well enough to snag a DH role.

A lot of teams would sign him....if he would take what they offered him. Would definitely be a part time player or a DH though.

I don't care who he signs with. I am just happy that fat phuck is gone from my Dodgers.

Only if they're allowed to give him 40 Million for 4 years.

Dodgers are on the hook for $22 million..... so any team can sign him for league minimum of $400,000.

That fat fvck cant even get motivated for $36 million and playing in the playoffs how's he gonna be motivated for chump change and playing for a shit team.

But is he even worth that after hitting .158 3HR 14RBI?

I'd sign him on a 1 year deal, he defense is still pretty good, and he can't possibly be worse with the bat.
